Dear Jim and Rob,

Here’s a couple of pix of your new pool table in its new home.  As you can see, it’s a perfect fit for the space.  I can assure you that it’s been the talking piece of the weekend.  We had a bit of a party here last night with some people from my work – and everybody was taken by the new table!  The guys just got down and played a few games, and the ladies were awestruck by the beautiful piece of furniture.

On a personal note…it’s been an absolute and utter delight to deal with you both.  It’s always a bit of a risk just seeing something on the net and starting the conversation to buy, site unseen.  I never once felt uneasy, and at every point I felt like I was dealing with family or a good friend…and just like family or a good friend, you delivered on every promise.  I wish all business dealings were like dealing with you guys.

This is the most perfect 20th wedding anniversary present I could have bought for James.  Very special.

Just a quick note to say thank you for a fantastic Billiard table, the finished result was beyond my expectation. I finally got down to Hyams last weekend with some friends and we wasted many hours playing both pool and snooker.

Having never met you and only seeing a picture of a smaller table, it was a bit of a gamble to order site unseen. I could tell by the way you spoke about your work on the phone that each piece was a work of art, and that is exactly what was delivered. The workmanship is fantastic, I could not be happier.
