Dear Jim, Rob and the QUEDOS Team,
It’s been a few days since we took receipt of the billiard table we ordered from you more than a year ago. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. The job is a customization of the table on the QUEDOS website due to the etchings I requested on each of the 6 cushions. Hate needles so my ‘tattoos’ are going to remain on this planet when that day comes, COUNTRY; HOPE; FAMILY; LOVE; PLAY; ΔΗΛΑΔΗ. My pillars of life in Australia. The last one is my grandfather’s nickname (and my namesake) given by villagers at the cafe (kafenio) during the Second World War. Villagers were illiterate farmers and could not read nor write. ΔΗΛΑΔΗ could, because of his father (though he was a refugee and an orphan without his mother, an only child from a horrible genocide), and he translated newspapers and the news to them so that they knew what was happening. ΔΗΛΑΔΗ means ‘In Other Words’. I included him as the 6th, due to his service to others. Rob is the most customer service focused individual I have had the pleasure of dealing with in 64 years in Australia! Rob tackled the etchings requested with remarkable professionalism and aplomb. We wish him and all the team health and happiness in years to come. As we do all who live in this wonderful part of the world we call Australia. We would have no hesitation to recommend QUEDOS to anyone who wants to purchase a timeless legacy, called a Billiard Table. I purchased my 7’ x 3’6” Legacy Ball Return table from Quedos and I can’t be happier with it. Rob and Jim were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted in a quality table. The Jarrah cushions with Windsor Red cloth and brass pocket trims look so classy. It’s a great table to play on and takes pride of place in the lounge room.

Apologies for the amount of time it has taken to provide feedback on the pool table, my wife and I have recently welcomed a new addition to our family.
In regard to the pool table, we both couldn’t be more happier with how it looks and plays. As we live in Canberra and had no way of actually visiting the showroom in Perth, we were heavily reliant on the pictures and colours shown on the Quedos website. My wife and I thought that the table looked good on the internet but we were blown away with the quality and craftsmanship when we saw it in person. The table is a real piece of art and is loved by everyone who comes over to our house. I really can’t express how happy we both are with the purchase.
Thanks Rob for the time on the phone back and forth discussing the table, size of the room and cues. The short cues you provided are great to use when required due to space issues and as you advised doesn’t happen that often during a pool session. The cue rack looks amazing and ties the table in with the room really well.
I would definitely recommend Quedos to anybody thinking of buying a pool table. The fact that Quedos source timber that is Australian and environmentally harvested is something that the company should be proud of.

Thought I would give you a run down on the results regarding the table. Ian and I are over the moon, the table has never played so well. We were very careful. We measured rail 1 & 4. Then we checked the measurement of rails 2 & 3 and 5 & 6. We made sure that all were equal and like I said we were ecstatic. Definitely one of the best tables in Albany.
